Hi Everyone,
I have created a Google doc with (my) takeaways from the Digital Culture Public Sphere session. I know that Pia Waugh (Convener of the Public Sphere) wants to use and incorporate this into her documentation as soon as possible, so it would be great if you could make any additions/changes in the next day or so.
I hope I’ve been able to capture and represent most of the major points (thanks to Yvonne for her excellent note taking), although obviously add anything I didn’t get. It would also be ideal if anyone had further case studies or precedent to add from here.
Thanks,
Suse

I'm a museum geek and vintage fashion tragic. My PhD is examining the way museum knowledge is communicated via online collections in an age of ubiquitous information. I'm the website coordinator at a regional art museum in Newcastle Australia, and am also involved with the Digital Services team at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney.
Prior to working in, and obsessing over museums and their role in a networked world, I used to work in the music industry, which is where my interest was piqued in the opportunities that digital technologies offer to all sectors.
